History[]
This location's roots go back to October 16, 1992, when it first opened as Leaps & Bounds. In 1994, McDonald's sold off this location to the new owners and they were allowed to keep operating as a Leaps & Bounds with special naming licenses and permissions and grants. Today, this remains as one of the few remaining Leaps & Bounds left in the US and the only Leaps & Bounds left in the Washington, D.C./Virginia/Maryland metropolitan area.
